Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services in Bemidji, MN is hiring a full-time caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You’ll assist with daily living, encourage participation in activities, and help participants achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Fulltime Days: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 7am-3pm & Every other weekend 11am-7pm
