Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a caregiver for full-time evening shifts in Minnesota. You’ll support individuals with personal care and daily living activities, helping them live well and participate in the community.

The role offers a wage of $20.57 per hour, with evenings Tue–Fri and every other weekend, plus a full benefits package and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants and help them stay engaged in the community.
• Follow care plans and safety guidelines to ensure participant well-being.
