Job summary

Easterseals NH in Penacook, NH is seeking compassionate Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community-Based Services team. You will support adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in a residential home setting, promoting independence and safety.

This full-time, benefit-eligible role offers a 39-hour week schedule, competitive pay of $22.62 per hour, and a path for career progression through our DSP Career Progression Pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct support or direct care in a residential setting is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in a residential home.
• Promote independence and safety and provide companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
• Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet.
