RPMGlobal in Abingdon, VA seeks a dedicated specialist to help people with developmental disabilities build skills, connect with their communities, and reach personal goals. This hands-on role combines teaching, mentoring, and advocacy to create meaningful community experiences.

You will work with local businesses, volunteer groups, and community partners to deliver direct support, with regular Monday–Friday hours and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree or CNA license preferred.
• Two years of related experience required.

Position Specifics:
Location: Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Non-exempt, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50 – Commensurate with education/experience
Education: High School Diploma/GED. Associates Degree or CNA License preferred.
