Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in procurement, direct sourcing, or supply chain management in health/wellness industries.
• Strong analytical skills for benchmarking and financial performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse teams and suppliers.
• Knowledge of US manufacturing landscape and supplier base strategies.
• Ability to develop strategic plans to reduce the supplier base and strengthen partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for external manufacturing suppliers in the VMS sector.
• Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to support innovation pipelines.
• Manage projects to ensure business continuity, cost reduction, and supply chain performance.
• Negotiate and manage payment terms, purchase prices, and supplier performance to improve margins.
