Job summary

Island Home Care in Louisiana is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, grooming, mobility, and companionship. No prior experience is required—we will train and pair you with supportive teams.

We offer flexible shifts, opportunities to choose locations, competitive pay, and monthly incentive programs. You will work in clients' homes, helping them maintain independence with dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass state-required training.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and assist with mobility.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and eating.

Chris served in the US Navy where he gained much knowledge and exposure to the field and Brandi has been an RN for over 20 years. Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Mobile cellular device
• Some clients require physical mobility assistance up to 50 lbs.
