Shore Educational Collaborative Chelsea - Adult Services hires a Direct Service Specialist to support adults with developmental disabilities in Chelsea, MA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be dependable and capable of committing to meaningful work.
• Able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in day services.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with adults with developmental disabilities in day services.
• Help participants participate in activities to build life, social, community and therapeutic skills.
• Assist with dining and personal care as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and behavior intervention plans.
