Our primary focus in this direct sales position is working with many high-profile fiber optic internet companies across the US. This specific role will be focused in the Oklahoma area, but there are other opportunities available across the US if you aren’t near Tulsa Region. We encourage you to apply anyway.

Job Description:

As a 1099 Contractor, you will be primarily responsible for generating new customer acquisitions for our high-speed fiber optic internet service through various providers via direct sales methods. You will be working independently, engaging with potential customers in assigned territories to educate them about the benefits of our service and secure sign-ups. However, based on performance and interest, there may be opportunities to expand into selling our other service offerings, including streaming TV, small business solutions, and cell phone plans.

We are also excited to offer internship opportunities designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship in the direct and inside sales fields. Interns will gain exposure to various sales strategies and product lines. Additionally, we have inside sales positions available, focused on generating leads and closing deals remotely.

  • Prospecting: Identify potential customers within assigned territories for fiber optic internet services.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations highlighting the value proposition of our fiber optic internet service.
  • Closing Sales: Confidently and effectively close deals, securing customer contracts for fiber optic internet.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond for internet customers.
  • Reporting: Accurately track and report daily activities, sales figures, and customer information related to internet sales.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Potential Expansion: Based on performance and interest, explore opportunities to sell streaming TV services, solutions to small businesses, and cell phone plans.

Responsibilities (Internship):

  • Assist senior sales representatives in various aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer interaction.
  • Participate in comprehensive sales training programs covering direct sales and inside sales techniques.
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals in both field and remote settings.
  • Learn about our diverse service offerings, including fiber optic internet, streaming TV, small business solutions, and cell phone plans.
  • Contribute to team sales goals through various support activities.
  • Generate leads through various remote communication methods (e.g., phone, email).
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations remotely for select service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities (Business Sales- Separate Position):

  • Identify and prospect new small business clients within a defined territory.
  • Present the benefits and advantages of fiber optic internet services to potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored internet solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

Qualifications (Direct Sales):

  • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Prior sales experience, especially in direct sales, is a plus but not required.
  • Reliable transportation.
