FiberFirst is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to bring our next-generation connectivity to local communities. In this on-site role, you will meet homeowners face-to-face and guide them through our residential service suite to find the best plan for their household.
Based in markets in Texas, with a strong culture of growth and local team support, FiberFirst offers training, tools, and leadership to help you hit sales targets and maximize earnings through competitive compensation.
The Direct Sales Representative will play a central role in bringing next-generation connectivity directly to our local communities. In this dynamic field sales role, they will connect face-to-face with prospective customers, guiding them through our full suite of residential services—including ultra-fast fiber internet, DirecTV, voice, and other value-added internet services—to match them with the perfect plan for their household.

Continuously: 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day or 60 times per hour
Frequently: 3-6 hours in an 8-hour day or up to 12-60 times per hour
Occasionally: up to 3 hours in an 8-hour day or 1-12 times per hour
