You’ll work outdoors in diverse conditions, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and a strong earning potential reflected in an on-target earnings range.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Direct Sales Representative role starts as a cold-call, outside sales position where you will receive top-tier resources, training, and tools to master the art of business development. Wire 3 will equip you with consultative sales techniques to help you build a thriving referral network — one that keeps your pipeline full and your success growing. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering that message, forging meaningful connections, and making an impact in the neighborhoods we serve. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the Wire 3 brand in the community through door-to-door outreach, social media engagement, attendance at local events, and building strong relationships with potential customers
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution for their household
• Meet and exceed sales goals by actively building and managing your pipeline; your drive and determination will directly impact your success
• Stay current on competitor offerings, identify market opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead in a competitive environment
• Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively and engage with a wide range of customers
• Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor that fosters positive interactions with customers and team members
• Experience with CRM systems such as Spotio, HubSpot, or Microsoft 365
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as a self-starter
• Strong multitasking abilities with effective prioritization and time-management skills
• Proficiency in operating personal computers and tablets
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to achieve goals
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Sales experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work performed primarily outdoors; must be able to work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions including Florida sun and heat
• Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking long distances and enduring extended hours in the field
