Greenlight Networks is hiring a Direct Sales Associate to meet residents in neighborhoods, introduce our fiber internet, and help customers decide if it fits their home. You’ll work outdoors, travel between communities, and convert conversations into earnings.

No prior sales experience is required; energy, resilience, and a customer-first approach matter most. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed to canvass neighborhoods and attend events.

If you’ve worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, fundraising or any people-facing role, you may already have more sales skills than you realize.

• You'll also need:
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and three years of holding a license
• The ability to maintain insurability under Greenlight Networks' auto policy
• (Ability to perform neighborhood canvassing and outdoor field work for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Dependable transportation
• Being comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local law.

IT'S GO TIME.

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission earnings. Actual total compensation will vary based on individual sales performance and achievement of established goals.
