Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in copywriting for DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing agencies.
• Understand difference between brand writing and direct response writing.
• You know how to grab attention instantly; first 3 seconds are crucial.
• You are concise and can say more with fewer words.
• You understand human desires and objections and weave social proof/urgency.
• Adaptable voice for Gen Z skincare vs. luxury home goods.
• Perfect grammar and American English idioms/slang required.

Responsibilities
