Job summary

Right Hook Digital is seeking a Creative Strategist focused on direct response for eCommerce brands across the USA and Canada. You will own creative strategy, develop briefs, and map testing roadmaps that move audiences to act.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, craft hooks and messaging, review assets, and guide clients on content direction for measurable results. Remote-first with mentorship from leadership and a fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years work experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or Paid Social, ideally with eCommerce or CPG brands.
• Strong ability to brief for conversion, not just engagement, with DR instincts.

Responsibilities

• Review campaign performance and build testing roadmaps based on data.
• Develop hooks, scripts, messaging frameworks and briefs for visual creators.
• Review creative assets and provide performance-focused feedback to sharpen output.
• Collaborate with clients on monthly strategy calls, content menus, shoot guidance and narrative direction.
• Work with media buyers and growth strategists to drive rapid iteration.
• Apply and evolve strategic frameworks and playbooks that underpin workflows.
