As a Creative & Performance specialist, you will drive ideation, analyze results, and design experiments to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing within e-commerce/DTC.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with paid social platforms and direct response marketing.

Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy & Ideation: Develop ad angles and concepts, translate features into benefits, and maintain creative frameworks.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze creative data, monitor fatigue, and recommend iterations.
• Testing & Experimentation: Design structured testing plans, control variables, and document learnings.
• Work closely with media buyers, UGC managers, and designers to align creatives with funnel strategy.
• Support scaling decisions with creative insights.
