Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. seeks a physician to deliver patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. You will enjoy longer visits and focus on preventive care in a team-based environment.

The role emphasizes a smaller panel, collaboration with APPs, and a focus on high-quality care, with a competitive compensation package and CME support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
• Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Advanced Practice Providers, to deliver high-quality care.
• Support preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education to improve health outcomes.
