Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking a Direct Material Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing for direct material categories, including castings, pistons, bearings, and finished goods. You will design supplier management processes, lead supplier negotiations, and drive cost savings while aligning with Operations, Engineering, and Finance.

The role includes managing one direct report, influencing cross-functional teams, and supporting global sourcing initiatives to ensure continuity of supply and margin

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience negotiating direct material supply agreements and delivering measurable cost savings in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct material categories supporting manufacturing operations.
• Design scalable supplier management and reporting practices.
• Lead supplier negotiations including pricing, terms, rebates, and tooling ownership.
• Manage RFQs, supplier selection, and sourcing recommendations.
• Drive cost reduction through supplier negotiations and global sourcing.
