Responsibilities of a Direct Marketing Coordinator:

• Present to potential buyers of our client’s products, services, and promotions to increase market value and sales generated and provide them with a personable purchasing experience through our direct consulting platform
• Utilize product knowledge, competitive pricing, market research, and other sales tactics to drive sales and outperform competitors
• Identify new business opportunities, explore potential sales markets, and expand client’s market reach
• Collaborate with fellow Direct Marketing Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives on innovative marketing strategies, current industry trends, and effective sales tactics to increase customer acquisitions
• Analyze daily market and sales performance, evaluate total weekly metrics, and establish individual and sales team goals to ensure we exceed client’s expectations
• Train with our Managers by shadowing their demonstrations and appointments with potential buyers
• Partake in virtual conference calls and attend all on-site Direct Marketing Coordinator meetings to gain full comprehension of our client’s campaign goals, promotion updates, new product launches, customer acquisition rates, and other sales related details
