Job summary

Point Roofing & Restoration in Boise, ID is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Team Lead to guide our direct marketing efforts, focusing on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, plus canvassing support. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-onOutside Sales Team Lead to lead our direct marketing team, with a primary focus on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, along with canvassing support.

This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.

You’ll play a critical role in driving brand presence in local communities while building a high-performing, energetic team that thrives on connection, performance, and teamwork.

• Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions
