Point Roofing & Restoration in Boise, ID is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Team Lead to guide our direct marketing efforts, focusing on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, plus canvassing support. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in leading sales or marketing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with field and event experience.
• Experience with events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows).
• Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
