The role offers an hourly base of $24 with uncapped commissions; most team members earn $29–$34 per hour, top performers $39–44, and some exceed $100k per year.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and generate high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods.
• Be the face of Renewal by Andersen's brand and explain product benefits to customers.
• Help customers envision how our windows and doors can elevate their homes.
• Participate in the 90-day training program and progress toward a Direct Marketing Specialist role.
