Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in Spokane Valley to connect with homeowners through in-person outreach and generate high-quality leads. You’ll be the face of a nationally recognized brand, working outdoors and in local neighborhoods with an energetic team.

The role offers an hourly base of $20 with uncapped commissions, a robust benefits package, and clear career growth opportunities. Schedule is 32.5–36 hours weekly, Mon–Fri, 11 AM–6 PM.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required to travel across territory.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in community environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set and meet goals.
• Excellent communication and coachable attitude for growth.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners and generate high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA as the face of the brand in communities.
• Set appointments and contribute to team goals with bi-weekly performance reviews.
