Qualifications

• Demonstrated manual dexterity and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains equipment.
• Performs adjustments on machine per job instructions.
• Meets production standards and maintains customer quality requirements.
• Communicates job status and production concerns/issues during shift change.
• Follows all safety policies and SOPs.
• Troubleshoots problems with minimum delay time.
• Communicates with Management on problems and corrective actions.
• Works with urgency when equipment is down to maintain production.
• Continues learning new and improved processes to increase production.
• Facilitates teamwork among team members and between shifts.
• Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
