Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for fund administrators and third-party lenders.
• Provide daily operational support to fund operations, deal teams, and business partners.
• Assist in ongoing management of multiple middle‑market direct lending products (e.g., CLO, BDC).
• Support transaction execution by tracking upcoming deal closings and managing funding and hedging processes.
• Review and validate closing documentation and wire instructions.
• Maintain accurate records in loan servicing platforms and ensure proper settlement.
