Jackson Healthcare is seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter for Jackson Pharmacy Professionals, Jackson Therapy Partners, or Jackson Health Pros. You will source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in permanent roles nationwide, managing the full recruitment cycle and building strong clinician relationships.

You will work in a hybrid environment with a focus on meeting recruitment targets, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with sales and account teams to ensure successful placements

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of recruiting or related sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed recruitment goals for clinicians and roles.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans with managers.
• Source and screen candidates using internal and external resources.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead to placement.
• Negotiate offers with clinicians and clients.
• Coordinate interviews and placements with the sales team and account managers.
• Foster ongoing relationships with placed clinicians for satisfaction.
