HiredFirst is seeking a Physical Therapist for a direct-hire position at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Roseville, CA. The role involves evaluating and treating patients across a wide range of diagnoses, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with facility guidelines.

Candidates must have a current state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility), a degree from an accredited PT program, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current and active state Physical Therapist license -or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments.
• BLS Certification.
