Job summary

Laborup is hiring at our Mascot, TN production facility for multiple production support roles across 1st and 2nd shifts. We offer direct-hire, cross-training, and opportunities for advancement with regular overtime. Pay varies by role and shift, with base pay listed between $19 and $23 per hour and weekly pay.

Roles include material handling, assembly, component breakdown, cleaning and finishing, quality control, and inspection. We interview immediately with decisions expected next week.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial work experience.
• Able to perform repetitive production work.
• Able to read written work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand during the workday.
• Lean manufacturing exposure and related preferences can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble parts using presses and hand tools.
• Clean components with washing and shot blasting.
• Inspect surfaces for wear, damage, or reuse.
• Measure parts with gauges and precision tools.
• Classify components as reusable or scrap.
• Operate equipment such as industrial washers and blast cabinets safely.
• Handle materials by lifting and staging heavy metal components.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
