Laborup is hiring Factory Workers for a large manufacturing facility. This full-time, direct-hire role offers day and night shifts with 12-hour schedules and rotating patterns. Overtime is built into the schedule, with opportunities for raises and advancement.

You will perform hands-on production tasks, operate basic tools, and participate in quality checks and packaging. Safety and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on production tasks, including assembling and preparing products.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete tasks.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for defects and quality issues.
• Label, wrap, package, stack, and prepare products for the next stage.
• Lift, carry, load, unload, and move materials as required.
• Assist with operating production machinery and monitoring equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; follow safety procedures.
• Cross-train on different tasks and workstations as needed.
