This direct-hire role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift, and a competitive annual salary of $41,600 to $52,000. Suitable candidates have 1–3 years of experience and can read blueprints and use hand/power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of mechanical assembly or related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Complete required production documentation and records.
