PrintWorkers in Morton Grove, IL is seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator for 2nd shift. The role requires hands-on experience with four-color digital printing and familiarity with Fiery Command Station workflows.

This direct-hire opportunity includes medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits. You will set up and operate digital printing equipment, run jobs on Konica/Canon presses, perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and manage supplies.

Qualifications

• Recent digital printing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of four-color printing processes.
• Experience with Fiery Command Station or similar RIP/workflow systems.
• Ability to work independently on 2nd shift.
• Industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate digital printing equipment.
• Run jobs using TruScreen, Konica, or Canon digital presses.
• Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.
• Perform quality checks on printed materials.
• Troubleshoot print and equipment issues.
• Clean print heads and adjust rollers as needed.
• Assist with routine press maintenance.
• Obtain paper, ink, and other production supplies.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move paper rolls.
• Use Fiery Command Station or similar workflow software.
