Job summary

DuPont is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Direct Form Manufacturing Operator to join our team at the Pencader site in Newark, DE. You will operate precision resin press equipment, perform setup and adjustments, and monitor product quality to ensure safe, reliable production of high-performance components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in skilled manufacturing, press operations, or related hands-on production work.
• Mechanical aptitude with tools and equipment setup.
• Experience reading precision measurement tools and technical docs.
• Ability to read graphs, charts and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and set up press lines, sintering ovens, and tumbling equipment.
• Meet production, quality and documentation requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Follow work instructions, travelers and quality plans.
• Monitor process performance using standard work and SPC data.
• Identify quality issues and troubleshoot basic equipment or process concerns.
