Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of experience in an automotive OEM or supplier environment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage cross functional groups and suppliers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/G-Suite, including database and program tracking/reporting methods.
• Ability to develop project plans and budgets with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team in development of a portfolio of high-visibility performance products.
• Define and manage customer-focused parts programs to market, on-time and within budget.
• Coordinate technical information to support marketing, sales and communications.
• Manage all aspects of programs from engineering development and validation, sourcing, budget, risk, operations planning, and commercial launch.
• Establish/maintain productive relationships with Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Drive processes that enable fast market response and profitability by sustaining inventory levels.
