Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• Physician’s report and TB test or chest x-ray within 10 days of hire.
• Fingerprints for Community Care Licensing: $79.
• Fully vaccinated with booster, proof required.
• Experience preferred; training available for inexperienced applicants.
• Must be fully vaccinated with booster(s).

Responsibilities

• Assist Daily Living: personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, oral and hair care.
• Manage continence, dressing, feeding, and meal preparation.
• Help with cleaning the facility and documentation.
• Support behavior management and ensure awareness of regulations.
• Provide compassionate care while adhering to care home policies.
