Job summary

Homestead of Creston is seeking full-time Direct Care Workers for all shifts to support residents in daily living activities. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Direct care to residents and assistance with daily living activities.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide or completion of 10-hour medication manager course on hire.
• Provide support with housekeeping, laundry, and mealtime service.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director. Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course is required upon hire.
