Job summary

Homestead of Creston is seeking a full-time Medication Manager to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration. You will provide direct care, assist with housekeeping and meals, and carry out duties as directed by the Executive Director.

Certification as a Medication Aide or completion of the 10-hour Medication Manager course is required at hire. We offer competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits in a supportive facility environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for activities of daily living.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service.

In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
