Job summary

Homestead of Chariton Memory Care is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers for full-time and part-time roles across all shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am). You will provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, medication support, housekeeping and laundry, and mealtime service under the direction of the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct care and assisting residents preferred.
• Ability to handle medications is required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
