Northeast Michigan Community Mental Health Authority (NeMCMHA) in Alpena, MI seeks a Direct Care Worker / Residential Training Worker (RTW) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs in group homes and community settings. You will help with daily living tasks, transport, and activities to promote dignity and independence.

You’ll work in a supportive team, participate in person-centered planning, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living tasks such as laundry, meal prep, and grocery shopping.
