Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Montgomery and Chester County, PA. Positions include day, evening, and overnight shifts with starting pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a focus on safe, client-centered care are core to the role.

As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard, with opportunities to work near your home and receive support from a clinical manager on call 24/7.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Must be able to travel throughout Montgomery and/or Chester County.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Support range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders and home management tasks.

Skills

• Montgomery County Areas
• We are looking for Days, Evenings & Overnight shifts starting at $16.00-$18.00 per hour. Weekdays and Weekends.

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Pay Rate: $16 - $18/ hour depending on Location
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
