Job summary

KW FAMILY LEGACY LLC is looking for a compassionate caregiver to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships and ensure a safe environment while supporting clients in mobility and social activities.

This role requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a passion for helping others. A flexible work schedule is offered, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in direct care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Document and report any changes in client behavior or health status.
• Support clients in social and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in direct care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 2:30pm to 6:30pm, Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm
