Job summary

Optum's Almost Family home health team in Marinette, WI seeks a Home and Community Based Services Aide to provide personal care and support for clients in their homes, helping them stay independent.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, meal prep, transportation to appointments; maintain client confidentiality, document vital signs using EVV; flexible hours and requirement to be in WI registry; hourly pay $14-$20.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• WI: Listed on Wisconsin Home Health Aide Registry
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours

As the Home and Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs

The hourly pay for this role will range from $14 to $20 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
