New Century Home Care LLC in Philadelphia is seeking compassionate Live-In Caregivers to enrich seniors' lives and become an extension of their families.

You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, prepare meals, handle light housekeeping, and monitor well-being while ensuring a safe, respectful, and comforting home environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; caring heart a major plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification recommended; training available.

• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation; regional requirements may vary.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Offer companionship; engage clients in conversations and joyful activities.
• Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences.
