Job summary

ADAS-ADAMA DEVELOPMENTAL ASSISTANCE & SUPPORT LLC seeks compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care across the Phoenix area. You will support daily living activities such as ADLs, meal assistance, companionship, and respite services, helping clients maintain independence at home.

Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available; candidates should be 18+, have caregiving experience, be CPR/First Aid certified, and able to pass background checks and obtain Arizona fingerprint

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders to clients.
• Assist with meals and meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Run errands and shop for clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Help with transfers and mobility as directed.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to support wellbeing.

• Pinal County - San Tan Valley, Coolidge, etc.

Job Summary

ADAS LLC caregivers deliver high-quality, person-centered, non-medical home care to eligible consumers in their homes or places of residence. This includes Attendant care, Personal care, activities of daily living (ADL), Respite and Habilitation services.

A Day in the Life of a Caregiver

In the caregiving position, you help our consumers with different services needed in their own homes with independence and dignity. Some tasks may include: providing medication reminders, assistance with meals, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, errands, accompanying to appointments, helping with transfers, and other daily living activities. While those tasks are essential, you also provide companionship and socialization.

Trainer and Leadership Overview

ADAS LLC understands our caregivers' value and how important they are to the quality of service we provide. As a result, they receive the excellent training required. In addition, many of our leadership team members started as caregivers themselves and, as a result, have significant empathy and compassion for our staff.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older

• Driver licensed preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid Drivers License
• Proficient with the English language: written and verbal
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
• Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds
• Ability to complete training programs and successfully pass associated tests
• Ability to obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background check as required by state and federal regulations
