Open shift is Tuesday through Saturday, 10am–6pm (40 hours). Required include a HS diploma, driver's license, reliable transport, and CPR/First Aid certification; benefits include health care, retirement, PTO and more.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; prefer human services experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Auto insurance with your name listed as insured driver.
• Must be at least 18 years old; strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to pass background checks and CPR/First Aid certs.

Aufgaben

• Support participants with daily routines (cooking, cleaning, hygiene).
• Teach life skills and promote independence.
• Provide transportation to appointments or activities.
• Encourage self-advocacy and connect participants to resources.
• Facilitate group activities and house meetings.
• Respond to health or behavioral concerns using supportive strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols.
