Five Star Nursing is hiring Direct Care Workers (DCWs) for our Community Group Homes. You will provide daily living support, personal care, and assist residents with routine activities.

We offer flexible scheduling (days/evenings/nights/weekends), weekly pay with direct deposit, and employer-paid trainings. This role emphasizes compassionate care and timely reporting to the House Manager.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting
• Ability to Communicate Effectively
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Daily reporting of resident activity

Hourly pay rate: $18-$20
