Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs/IADLs, meal prep, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and EVV/documentation. Strong communication and reliability are essential to ensure safety and independence in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care preferred.
• Direct Care Worker, Caregiver, PCA, HHA or CNA experience strongly preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Able to work independently while following an individualized care plan.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet all Pennsylvania home care employment requirements.

• Provide toileting and incontinence care as needed.

• Report changes in condition or safety concerns promptly to the agency.
