Job Summary

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and interaction
• Perform light housekeeping
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Plan and participate in client activities
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of CNA/HHA experience
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently
• Encouraged: CNA, HHA, Direct Care workers
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
