Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona (CDAZ) is hiring caregivers to support individuals at home in the Tucson area. You will assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and encourage community involvement while ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $15.15 to $17.00 per hour, health insurance, paid sick leave, holiday pay, and annual profit sharing for eligible employees in an employee-owned company.

For nearly two decades, Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona (CDAZ) has been a trusted provider of home care services to Arizonans eligible for the Arizona Medicaid Personal Care Services Program. We specialize in offering personalized caregiving that supports individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.
