Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist individuals at home in Nogales and surrounding communities, enabling independence and quality of life. You will help with daily living, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping in private homes.

We offer competitive pay of $15.15-$17.00 per hour, holiday pay, health insurance, paid sick leave, and the chance to grow within an employee-owned company that provides annual profit sharing for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and patient individuals required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Background checks required; CPR/First Aid preferred; training provided if not current.
