Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona (CDAZ) is offering caregiver roles to support individuals in their homes across Arizona. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping while promoting independence and community involvement.

We value compassion, reliability, and strong communication. Prior caregiving experience helps but is not required; background checks are mandatory and CPR/First Aid training is preferred and provided if not already held.

We specialize in offering personalized caregiving that supports individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.
