Job summary

Community Living Centers, Inc. provides supportive care to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential AFC environment. Our goal is to offer safe, comfortable homes and promote wellness across body, mind, and spirit through enriching resident activities.

We currently have full-time Day (6a-2p) and Afternoon (2p-10p) shifts. Candidates must work flexible hours, including weekends, communicate professionally, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, pass background

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively and professionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass employment, criminal background, and Motor Vehicle checks as a condition of contract employment.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation, laundry, light household chores.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.).
• Keep residents safe and monitor health and safety.
• Take residents on outings.
• Assist at medical appointments as needed.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Culture of Gentleness/Gentle Teaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DUTIES
