As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as meal prep, errands, and light housekeeping
• Assist with medication reminders, managing medications, and ensuring timely administration
• Help with personal hygiene and grooming, promoting independence and autonomy
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
• Document client care activities and progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to supervisors as needed

Requirements
